OPERATION COORDINATOR

Location: BMICH, Colombo, Sri Lanka | Full-Time | Onsite

We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and creative presentation. You'll be the friendly face of our brand, ensuring the seamless daily flow of our studio while curating an unforgettable and visually exciting photo experience for every visitor. Imagine a role where your organizational skills meet your flair for aesthetics, all within a fun and engaging environment.

What You'll Bring to the Lens:

Operational Brilliance:
  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring peak efficiency.
  • Manage cash, POS records, daily summaries, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle payments with BMICH administration.
  • Keep our studio stocked with photo paper, props, décor, and consumables.
  • Liaise with our accounts team for smooth financial reconciliation.
Customer Experience & PR Prowess:
  • Confidently welcome guests and engage them with genuine warmth.
  • Articulate our photo booth experiences and upsell packages with enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a friendly, stylish, and professional presence that embodies our brand.
  • Communicate effectively in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
Digital & Creative Flair:
  • Manage our studio's vibrant social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Capture and share captivating behind-the-scenes moments and happy customer stories (with consent).
  • Develop an understanding of photo setups, including lighting, props, angles, and poses. Suggest innovative décor refreshes and theme improvements to keep our studio visually engaging and fresh.
Who We're Looking For: Your Snapshot Profile:

Age: 26 ‒ 40
Education: A/L qualified. And a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing/PR, Fashion/Design/Visual Arts, or Hospitality/Tourism Management is a significant advantage.

Skills & Personality Traits:
  • Confident, approachable, and a natural at client interactions.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focused mindset are non-negotiable.
  • Passionate about aesthetics, branding, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Basic digital literacy with POS and social media tools. Well-presented, fashion-aware, and aligned with a premium lifestyle brand image.
Technical Training will be provided
